Waterford Crystal Wine Champagne Coaster Holder Millennium Pattern Wood Base
The pattern of this genuine Waterford Wine Coaster is the Millennium pattern of all the icons. For years proceeding the turn of the century, each year a new symbol was released for hope, love, prosperity, etc in the way of a collection of crystal. The final pattern incorporated all of the symbols into one.
The reason this piece is unique is because you could only purchase it with a custom wood base in Ireland or so I was told.
The diameter of the coaster itself is 6 & 1/8" but the crystal is thick so the open part within the rim is 5.5". The height of the coaster alone is 3". The base will add approximately 1.25" more to the height.
There is slight wear on the underside of the base. Please see photo. It appears this is from age but since the Waterford UPC sticker is perfect I wonder if it didn't come that way.
This collectible Waterford wine coaster has only been displayed lovingly in a cabinet and will come to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately I do not have the box.
