Pay $4.80 per each 40 Points worth of Cards - Enter 1 in the Quantity Field above for ONE 40-point group, Enter 2 for TWO Groups (80 Points), and so on. 

I'm Flexible, so if you have a special request - for example, you want 57 points worth of cards, the "Extra Points" (17), will be prorated at 12 cents each - you would put 2 lots in your cart, go to your cart, and hit "Request Total" - then I will send an adjusted invoice to net the correct amount. Same thing when ordering from multiple listings at the same time. In any case, Please let me know what you need, and I'm sure we can work something out.
