We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought.

Unwanted items can be returned in an unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with enclosed ebay user ID and reason for return.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Please allow up to 7 working days to test and process all returns. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

It's best to use the Return Item link in your eBay Purchase History to request a return and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

Your items will be dispatched on the same working day if you purchased it before 2 PM GMT.

We always use Royal Mail to ensure that our customers would get an order as soon as possible.

The dispatch email will give you a tracking number where applicable and links to the courier website to help you track the order.

Although Royal Mail provides consistently high levels of service occasionally a small number of parcels may be delayed by exceptional circumstances. We’re sorry if it’s been delayed.

Please remember that sometimes it takes up to 7 working days for delivery to reach you in the UK.

Deliveries to mainland European Countries and United States usually take 5-15 working days however it could take up to 30 days.

We only accept Paypal.

We will ship the item only after payment is received to registered Paypal address.

If you are paying with e-Cheque using Paypal, your order will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared through Paypal.
