Item: Hand made Asian vase with peonies and butterflies Theme: A Japanese porcelain, 10 1/2" inch, hand painted in Hong Kong vase. Depicts multi colored butterfly, stylized Peony flowers, and cherry blossoms. Size: 10 1/2" tall, 2 1/2" base diameter, 4 1/2" diameter at widest point. Note: To the base of the bowl is the makers' mark 'ACF' in red ink along with "Decorated in Hong Kong" in capitol lettering.  This mark indicates a later production, typical of late mid-century exports (1960-70) using a Japanese porcelain blank, hand-painted in Hong Kong by a Chinese artisan.  It is absolutely beautiful!
