Returns
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all packing materials such as original manufacturer’s paper, shoe inserts and/or tags.
- Please pack your return in the outer protective packaging, and please do not write/tape over the original branded shoebox.
- Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date your package arrives.
- Refunds will be given less the original shipping costs. If the item was sold with free shipping promotion, 10% restocking fee will apply.
