>Hebie Chainglider Chainguard - BLACK - FOR ROHLOFF HUB ONLY!

If you've got a bike that you do everyday stuff on - you know - commute, go to the shops, pick up the kids, nip down the Swan for a swift half.... then you ought to have a chain guard on.

Chain guards actually should fulfill TWO roles - they should prevent your trousers/skirt getting oily kak on them AND also keep your chain sealed from the elements. In reality most chain guards only do one of these - ie keep your keks clean!

The Hebie chainglider keeps your best Farahs clean AND also keeps the wonder that is your bicycle chain free from water and grit from everyday riding. Why is this so important? Well, when you ride everyday, the last thing you want is to have to spend ages in the garage each night cleaning and oiling your chain. Utility bikes should be ride and forget machines that require servicing at intervals rather than every week!

The chainglider from German stalwarts Hebie is easy to fit because it does not actually fit to the main frame of the bike. The clue is in it's name - ChainGlider....That's right it simply sits around the chain and is magically supported by the chain itself. Simply peel the two halfs apart and reattach them over the chain, chainwheel and rear cog. That's it.

It is made of robust malleable black plastic and has a Hebie log at the top of the guard.

This particular chainguard specifically fits bikes which have - a Rohloff hub gear
