The original box is in good condition. It has some wear from use, some scratches, and a stickers (see pics). Corners are pushed in. One side has 1-2" torn part at the seem. Lens box will be shipped as pictured. .

Please note that box comes with one of two original foam inserts.

I would rate the box a 6, on a scale from 1 to 10.
