Shipping

RMT offers Calculated FedEx Shipping Rates. All sales that are shipped within the state of Florida are subject to a 7.00% sales tax. Unless a resale certificate is emailed to RMT at info(at)rebuildmastertech(dot)com. The resale certificate is subject to RMT's approval. RMT reserves the right to reject fraudulent attempts to evade the Florida state sales tax. All addresses outside of the state of Florida will not incur any sales tax. P.O. Boxes: UPS & FedEx are our preferred shippers for packages weighing over 2 pounds and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Physical addresses only. For parts under 2 Pounds we use USPS First Class Mail, USPS can deleiver both to P.O. Boxes and Physical addresses.Guaranteed delivery services of Fedex Overnight & 2-Day Shipping must be completed by 2:00 pm EST. If You placed the order after 2pm EST or on the weekend it will be shipped the following business day. If You Place your order on Friday or the weekend for Next Day Service your order will be shipped Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday. Unless you Specify Saturday Delivery by calling and paying an additional Saturday Delivery Charge.

At RMT we make sure every part that leaves is properly tested and will fix your car, some orders placed before cut off time may not be shipped until the following business day. This is to ensure that parts pass quality tests.

Any Free Shipping Promotion is Valid Only on UPS Ground for packages weighing more than 2 pounds, and USPS First Class Mail for under 2 pounds, and Only to the 48 contiguous states. Returns

    RMT Return Policy - Products purchased from Rebuild Master Tech can be returned for a period of 14 days from date of invoice. (UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE) In order for RMT to honor its return policy, the product must be in its original packing and condition, along with no broken seals or wrapping. If a product has been installed, under no circumstances will it qualify for the return policy. Once an order has been shipped, the customer must follow the return procedure. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns. Rendered Outbound Shipping Charges are never refunded, Customers are responsible for original and return shipping costs, NO Exceptions. Once the return has been received at RMT's facility, we then inspect the quality and condition of the returned product. After the merchandise has been received it may take up to 14 business days to process the refund. Any Returns Accepted after the 14 days will only qualify for Store Credit Only.

    You must call RMT at (954) 934-9595 for a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number Prior to Sending The Parts Back. An RMA Form must be filled out and inserted in the return box.
