  • Tell tales are an essential item for the sail of any sailing dinghy or yacht. 
    • If you place these 10% back from the luff of the sail these will allow you to sail to windward at the best possible angle. 

 

    • Place, just back from the leading edge of your foresail, (green on the starboard side and red on the port side 
  • at the
    • bottom 
    • middle
    •  and top.

 

  • Just keep them streaming as you sail to windward and your boat speed will be at its optimum.
