Return Policy
We
understand that there may a need to return your order, which we are
more than happy to accomodate provided the following conditions are met:
- You
must return the item in the same condition as it was received. This
means that the item must be free from damage of any type, including,
but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or
indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals, unless described or
shown in the item's listing.
- Additionally. products labeled
with a security or Warranty Void Seal must have the seal present,
intact, and unaltered. A damaged or removed seal will result in no
refund being issued.
- You must also include, in the same
condition as it was received, the original packaging such as boxes,
bags, tags, and UPCs, all accessories such as cords and remote
controls, and all certificates, manuals, and paperwork included with
your purchase.
- You must ship the item in its original packaging
or packaging that gives an equal degree of protection to insure that it
arrives undamaged to our facility.
Your
refund will be the total purchase price, including item cost, sales
tax, and other charges, less the Original Shipping Label Cost *, a 20% Restocking Fee, and the Return Shipping Label Cost if provided by us.

Please note that should you decide to return an item that was sold with
free shipping, we will deduct our cost of the original shipping label
from your refund. |
