Our returns period is 14days, providing we receive the item un-opened and in a re-sellable condition we will give you a full refund. When returning the item please post to the from address at the top of the invoice, please also include a copy of the invoice or a note which quotes your order no. so we know who the item is from.

I have received the wrong product, what do I do?
We hope that you never experience this, however although we check every order sent mistakes can still happen. In this case please consider whether you would like to keep the incorrect item, if you would like to keep the incorrect item and also receive the correct item please contact us and we will be able to address the issue for you, (this saves you having to return the item.) If the item received is of no use and you would like to return for the correct item then please send the incorrect item back to us by 2nd Class post, on receipt we will send the correct item to you and refund the 2nd Class postage costs.
