DISPATCH 

We aim to dispatch all orders before 1 pm on the same day. However, all orders made after 1pm will be dispatched next day. All orders are dispatched on working days (Monday – Friday) only. 
We also dispatch via Special ‘Next-day’ Express Delivery service offered by Royalmail. . 
All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch. However, please note that human errors may arise in which case customers are advised to inform us immediately.

for us to re-send the new item.
Refunds on items with free P+P, when returning for a refund £1.40

We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt of goods. However, all customers are required to inform us through eBay of any such intention within 5 days of receiving goods. 
Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for re-sale. Please note, all returns are inspected for the above criteria and if this is not met, items will be returned back to the customer. 
Please note, postage costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind after your order is dispatched, or wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, then additional postage costs will be required.
