If the returned item has signs of use - dirt, chips, bugs, wind abrasion, pet hair, etc., your item may be returned to you COD. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

To avoid shipping damage, place the helmet in the helmet bag, open side down in the product box. Please ship in a sturdy shipping box (not product box alone).

Start an eBay Return. Go to My eBay > Purchase History. The Return option is located by your order.

Include the eBay Return slip or a copy of your order.

Once delivered, please allow 1-3 business days to process your return.
For credit card purchases, please allow an additional 1-4 business days for your refund to post on your statement.

Follow the Return steps to return the item (see RETURNS tab above). Then place a new order for the new item anytime. This will be a faster exchange and you may grab your item while it is still in stock.

Combined Shipping: Use eBay's ADD TO CART or BUY ANOTHER button (instead of BUY IT NOW). Then go to the eBay cart to checkout.

Processing Time: We ship daily Monday - Friday. Most items will ship and have a tracking sent to you within 1-2 business days.

Orders over $200: Must be shipped to a Paypal confirmed address and may require signature upon delivery. FedEx allows some areas to hold their package at a nearby pickup location.

Overnight Shipping: USPS Express estimates 1-2 business days. Some items offer FedEx Standard Overnight, which will deliver the next business day by 8pm (excludes Saturdays or Sundays).

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping cost. Any additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. If the item is returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there are any additional costs before ordering.

First Class Mail International - Delivery times varies by location. Most areas estimate 1-4 weeks for delivery. USPS does not have a time limit for this type of service.

Priority Mail International - USPS estimates 6-10 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included.

Priority Mail Express International - USPS estimates 3-5 business days for delivery. Tracking and Insurance is included.

These delivery estimates are quoted by USPS based on a normal time frame. Please note some packages can be held at the Customs office for inspection or duties, which can delay delivery. Although rare, Customs can hold packages for as long as they need to and the time frame is not included in USPS delivery estimates.

Lost / Shipping Damage / Defective Items: Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged. To expedite the claim process, please send us a picture of the damage. If there is shipping damage, send us pictures of the damage and shipping box within the week. Also contact your delivery service immediately to report the shipping damage.

We prefer Paypal and you may make a payment directly with Paypal using a debit card, credit card and many other options. We also accept credit cards via secured Paypal by Braintree.

Payment is due within 4 days or a unpaid item notice is sent automatically by eBay. If payment is not made, the item is still available for purchase.

No Sales Tax. We will pay the sales tax for you, if it is due in your state.
