If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund if returned within 14 days of receipt. As standard policy, postage cost for sending item back are not refunded unless the item is defective on receipt in which case we will refund you the postage cost. However we do stipulate that the item is returned unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as dispatched. It is the responsibility of the buyer to send returns tracked and/or insured because we do not accept liability if your item goes missing or gets damage. Please enclose you ebay item number & request a return through ebay.
