Standard Royal Mail Policy:

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipiant is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will try to find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To return an item, you must first go into your purchase history and select the item you have purchased from us. Once you have done this, please click on the more options icon on the right hand side of your screen and then select return an item. When returning an item, please enclose a little note clearly stating your name, ebay user ID and requirement ie refund.

In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel your order.

We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.

A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received the item.
