It can be used in combination with the ObusForme High back Backrest Support or your cars headrest for added neck support. The ObusForme Lumbar Support with Massage is made with polyurethane foam. There are elastic strap to hold the ObusForme Supporting Roll with Massage in the position you desire. The brushed polyester cover can be removed and sponge washed.
