Even with all my research i could not get very far. According to Wikipedia Nelson ware produced their chintzwear lines in 1940-1959.
8" tall X8 1/2" wideThe finish is not crack at all, so i wouldn't think it was very old. This jug style i couldn't find, nor what year they used the trademark. Nor this exact pattern. Wow, no luck at all. Just 2 hrs wasted.
