Eduard 1/72 EDK7046 Junkers J.1 Profipack Edition
The Junkers J.1 was the world's first all metal framed aircraft and was used for ground attack, observation and army co-operation. It featured a steel tub forward section, which housed the crew, engine and fuel, which gave them good protection thanks to the steel being 5mm thick. The rest of the aircraft was of a more conventional fabric covering over the metal frame. Although it was slow, it's crew's liked it and were much better protected than other aircraft.Other Items
