Forestville Conn. USA. It has a Large Ornate Carved Eastlake Walnut Wood Case with Applied Gilded Figural Head, and Reverse Painted Glass with Gold Gilded Victorian Designs. The Case Has been Professionally Refinished, and Dial Replaced. The Movement Has been Cleaned and Serviced and is Very Clean. It is a Signed Brass Mechanical 8 Day "Time and Strike" Key Wound Movement with Brass Bell Chime. The Movement is Signed "E.N. Welch Mfg. Co. Forestville Conn. USA". There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Rare Fancy Brass Adjustable Regulator Pendulum. The Clock measures approx. 23" Tall x 13 3/4" Wide x 5" Deep.
