We ship with Australia Post and endeavour to send every order within only ONE day of payment going through so you get your clothes FAST! We ship every weekday, for orders placed on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays we will post the following Business day.  We ship with high quality satchels and boxes. We also offer the option of upgrading to express for an additional fee.

International customers please note:  All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and you will need to check if any apply and how much they will be.

Please note we have taken great care to hand measure each style to give you confidence, peace of mind and the best fit possible.


Bamboo Lounge Pants Size guide:  (min/max)

3XL Waist  - 80cm - 130cm

4XL Waist - 80cm - 140cm

5XL Waist - 90cm - 150cm

6XL Waist - 90cm - 170cm

                                            

TIP: Measure waist all the way around. Or if you don't have a tape measure, can just measure a pair of jeans you have that fit well with a ruler and measure across the front and double the measurement eg: 70cm waist would be 140cm.


No Risk Returns - Shop with confidence

No risk shopping! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you are welcome to return the item to us for your money back but please note the original shipping cost is non refundable. We don't charge restocking fees or anything ridiculous like that. All we want, is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. We want to provide amazing fashion for big and tall men that you can't get anywhere else at such a great price and finally have fantastic styles in your wardrobe. We sell nothing but the highest of quality fashion so to stand by that promise to you, if you find anything wrong with your item. Return it within 30 days! Returns after that time or items not returned in pristine condition with all tags and labels still attached and in their original packaging wont be accepted.


Exchanges

Please note we are not able to provide exchanges on items unless the returned item includes an appropriate prepaid satchel (obtainable from any Australia Post outlet - please contact us to find out what size is required)  and the requested size change is available in stock. However in any event we are more than happy to provide a refund in which case you are welcome to go ahead and purchase whichever size or style you want. We believe this gives you the customer all the power to simply choose for yourself a different size or a completely different design/style instead! Far better than a mere size exchange!
