RAINBOWLAND, "a
cooperative boardgame for the whole family," dated 2000 by Kolsbun Family
Games. For 2 to 6 players, ages 6 and up. From the same family who
produced the Animal Town Games series from the 1970s-on, cooperative and environmentally
friendly. This game is about collecting raindrops to build a
rainbow. Box is in excellent condition, tight and clean with no
noteworthy flaws. Contents are excellent to near mint (one exception) and
believed complete, including rule and background booklet, game board, special
die, magic wand, 6 wooden buckets with wire handles, Ogre's rain barrel, 6
wooden rainbow rays, 3 Pot-Of-Gold cards, rain cloud, sun stand (very good,
light wear from being folded, as it's supposed to be for play), raindrop box
with plastic raindrops (10 each of 4 colors, 9 each of the other 2, only 6 of
each color are used, the rest are extras). There is no internal
packaging/spacer with the game, but I highly doubt there ever was; the Animal
Town games also lacked this due to environmental concerns on the part of the
makers (save an extra tree with less cardboard), and I'd guess that carried
over with this title. Box measures approximately 19-3/4 x 10-1/8
x 1-5/8 inches, shipping weight 3 pounds. (26699)
NO OFFERS! Prices listed are firm, I do not participate in the Best Offer program. Prices represent what I feel is fair market value, taking into consideration the cost of shipping (virtually all my listings are free shipping in lower 48 US states, and that cost often eats a VERY large chunk of my asking price – in many cases, asking me to lower my price is tantamount to asking me to lose money on the sale, which is not a great business model for anyone), eBay and Paypal fees, and the original cost of the item to me. If an item sits for months, I will usually lower the price on it myself IF it isn’t going to put me into the red on the item, and I very occasionally run a sale (5-10% off).
