Our Ferrules are solder filled are unlike competitors solid
brass that will not solder fully. Using solid brass you cannot guarantee a
complete solder joint. We tested it and even milled ours in half to test the
solder joint to ensure full cable encapsulation with solder. If they are solid
brass ferrule ends, avoid them.
