FAULTY. It is trying to start but soon it turns off. No I/O shield. No accessories. No returns whatsoever, for any reason. Sold as seen. CPU socket pins look ok. There is a couple of pins which look slightly out of alignment but it might be my impression. Please make sure you understand he following before buying:

1) this is sold as is and for 'parts or not working' as there might be issues that we failed to diagnose, both in relation to their physical condition, and/or functionality

2) there are no returns for any reason, as described above.
