Note: All our Parker Pens are supplied by Parker UK and made in the Parker factory in France. They have "Made in France" written on them since the Parker Newhaven UK factory was closed. They are the same as you would buy in any UK shop. (Other sellers are selling Parker pens made by others, under licence for specific markets.)



Engraving Instructions




1) Please select your Pen / Set from "Select Pen"


2) Please choose your font from "Choose font" Please see picture 2 for samples of the fonts offered


3) Buy It Now, or if you require a 2nd line of text please choose "Add to basket" and see 5) below


4) Please send us your engraving text by adding a "message to seller" in the paypal paying process.


Please write your 18 characters between inverted commas e.g. "Sam Smith"


5) If you would like to add a 2nd line of text, please choose "Select Pen"= Line 2 "Choose font"= Line 2, and add it to your basket


6) Go to your basket and checkout


7) Please send us your engraving text by adding a "message to seller" in the paypal paying process.




If you do not require engraving please let us know by adding a message with the word ?PLAIN?or your order may be delayed.

If you want all capital letters, Please choose an appropriate font. See font picture. Some Fancy Fonts are not suitable for ALL CAPITAL LETTERS

After 3 days If we do not get engraving instructions, we will send the item without engraving,

this is because some people want it plain.

  • We offer FREE shipping in the UK on these items. All orders will be engraved and dispatched within same working day or within 24 hours. Faster options are available. For all International orders delivery time will depend on the speed of the postal service within your own country, however please allow approximately 15-20 days. The vast majority of orders are received within the estimated time however occasionally Royal Mail or any other courier we use misplace the item and delivery is delayed.

     

  • f you're not happy with your purchase, you can return all    items as long as they are not engraved and get a full refund or exchange the item for another product.   You can return a item for up to 30 days from date of purchase, in its original and unopened packaging.   Engraved & Personalised items are all made to order and since we are unable to remove the engraving, therefore we are unable to offer refunds on these items unfortunately, unless there is a fault with the item or a mistake on our part in which case we would be more then happy to replace it.

  • Our office hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (GMT) We are always happy to help and have a friendly sales team ready to answer any question you may have.   We will always try to respond to messages within 12 hours during the working week.   We want you to be totally satisfied with your item and if for any reason you are not, please contact us and we will try our very best to rectify the issue.
