The listing is for a pair of Intercooler and Air Filter plastic inner ducts which fit behind the turbo ears and funnel air on the 2.0L Turbo model. and fit behind the seats on the roll bar.  They usually perish with age and vibration and break in an accident.  Would cost a fortune from Vauxhall. 

The part numbers are 9198300 and 9198299.  

This is the last of the stock held by Lotus as the last VX220 car built is now 10 years old.

Once they are gone that's it, no more are available so grab one while you can.
