Please note:

When buying any item listed within our shop either as a buy it now or auction we would appreciate it if the items purchased are paid for immediately on completion of the auction or buy it now process.

If you have purchased multiple items during the same day we will contact you and send you an adjusted invoice showing combined postage discount.

Postage

We maintain a proof of postage record of all items sent out via Royal Mail and this is dated and stamped by the Post Office. As a result any items sent out by Royal Mail will be covered by insurance. This excludes glassware.

Reporting a Problem

If you have any issues regarding the item you have received please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve your issue.

Non delivery

Although we will post items out within the time period stipulated within the listing, should your item not be received within 15 working days of receiving the 'Item Despatched Notification' please contact us and we will activate a missing parcel claim with the Royal Mail.

Courier Service

All our bulk items are sent by courier service and are tracked.

Packaging

Although glassware is not covered by insurance we will ensure that the items are packed to prevent any damage. However should you have a problem just get in touch and we will resolve any issues.

Returns

We accept returns however the customer will be responsible for any returns postage or courier costs. Refunds for the original amount will be issued on safe return of the goods.

Feedback

We will provide feedback to all our customers and would appreciate it if you could do the same as feedback helps to generate trust and confidence for other potential buyers.
