THIS GORGEOUS STATUE WAS DONE BY A FAMOUS ITALIAN
CAPIDOMONTE ARTIST BY THE NAME OF GIUSEPPE ARMANI, AND HIS INITALS ARE
CARVED INTO THE BASE OF THIS
PIECE..... UNFORTUNATELY, GIUSEPPE PASSED AWAY IN 2006, SO THERE WILL BE NO MORE OF HIS WORK AND THE VALUE OF THIS PIECE WILL ONLY INCREASE.......
THIS BEAUTIFUL STATUE STANDS 17 1/2 " TALL X 7" WIDE AND
SITS ON A ROUND WOODEN BASE.....THE STATUE IS OF A YOUNG VICTORIAN COUPLE
SITTING ON A SWING THAT IS HANGING FROM A TREE BRANCH.......THE TREE
SWING IS SUPPORTED BY GOLD COLORED ROPE AND A TAMBOURINE AND MANDOLIN LAY AT THE
COUPLE'S FEET.......
This is NOT something lightweight and cheap as
this statue must weigh 10 lbs, and is a reigning true example of beautiful
Victorian Artwork......
This seldom seen piece is in great shape, with
no breaks or repairs and this piece would look great in any Victorian
Setting......
