We ship internationally via the US Postal Service Priority Mail International WITH INSURANCE. Although it is a bit cheaper, we do not ship via First Class due to the fact that packages sent this way cannot be insured. Terms of Sale

We are happy to accept returns of merchandise that has no evidence of wear. The item must be returned in new condition with all tags and hangtags attached. Footwear must be returned inside of the original shoe or boot box and then also enclosed in a larger appropriate-sized corrugated shipping box. (In other words, please do not use the shoe/boot box as the shipping box.) If you have retained the box we have shipped the item in, you may certainly just reuse our shipping box for the return. Once the item has arrived back to us, we will inspect the item and then issue the refund via PayPal. We are happy to tell you that we do NOT charge a restocking fee for returns as some sellers do! :-)
