Regardless of size on tag.... Take your best fitting pair of jeans/pants etc. and measure waist, inseam hips & rise.  Compare to what I have below.  I have often seen the same measurements can be found across 3 tag sizes. If you have any questions regarding size please ask before buying.

I measure the jeans laying flat, and double the number for waist, bottom & hip.  Hip is measured just above the crotch.  Front rise is from crotch to top of waist band.
