Current Offer for Buyers on this Item
We show our packing and shipping prices separately, rather than “built in” to the item price, as we prefer to be transparent. If you’re not close to us to collect, we can’t escape having to charge to pack and post items for you, but what we DO offer on this item is a free additional item in your parcel...usually an original sketch or watercolour, or a good print, which you may just keep and enjoy, or you can pass it on to help offset the postage on your items from us. We hold a lot of loose leaf stock and we enjoy sharing some of those as a “thank you” for buying work from us.

Framed Items for Posting
Where an item is FRAMED, please note we do not offer any damages cover for frames, they are inherently vulnerable to damage during mechanical handling processes in despatch centres, no matter how well they are packed.  So, we offer items with their frames on the basis the frame is free of charge, you are only buying the artwork itself.

Despatch - and - Personal Handover Options

Despatch Time:
Our stock is kept in spankingly clean off-site secure, dry, insured, commercial storage. We will retrieve sold items, pack and despatch within 2 working days (if the item is large or requires de-glazing etc please allow us a little extra time).

Combining Postage: If buying more than one item we can usually offer combined postage once we can guage the overall size and weight of a complete package for you (if the sizes and shapes of items will fit into one box), so we will refund you any overpayment on separate postage prices for items.

See section at end of page if your location in the UK or overseas is classed as REMOTE

Personal handover and large item handovers: You can also opt to do a personal handover in Gloucestershire (GL5, GL6, GL7 are closest to us) or we may be able to arrange handover elsewhere in the UK for a modest cost to reimburse time and fuel: we have colleagues making regular trips to the Derbyshire area (via M5 and M42) and Devon (M5/A38/A30) and M4 (Reading/Newbury).
We also have a good courier contact who operates a door to door service for art in his van, covering most areas of the UK each month, average price from him is approx £45-55 depending on exact location he has to get to – ask us to get a rough timing and price from him for you...just use “contact seller” through ebay.

PAYMENT
Please only buy if you are ready & in a position to pay safely online via PayPal
There’s nothing worse than a buyer going to ground with no communication, leaving us with a sold item but no communication or payment.
If you haven’t paid we will ask to recover payment with ebay’s help. It is only fair!
We don’t take cash on collection, for our own safety, if you’re thinking of arranging personal handover.
We will only retrieve from storage, and start to pack an item, once we have received payment.
Many thanks for your kind understanding.

Important: if your postage location is classed as Remote, or is Overseas

Remote Area Surcharges
UK locations:

Please ask
in advance of bidding/buying if it needs postage to one of the British islands: Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish remote locations etc, for additional carriage charges (we primarily use UPS for price and efficiency, but they do charge more for some postcodes, or don't serve some postcodes at all so we may need to quote you using another carrier such as ParcelForce).
