WARRANTY Express Time Systems warrants new equipment, attachments, accessories, parts, or supplies for a period of 90 (ninety) days from shipping date to customer against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the covered item at the sole discretion of Express Time Systems. Parts or items replaced will become the sole property of Express Time Systems. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. DAMAGED GOODS For goods damage in-transit, takes pictures of the package exterior showing any damage, and pictures of any item damage. Forward the pictures in your emailed requesting and RMA for return. We will then determine where and if a return of the item will be requested. Refund or Replacement item will be sent upon determination that the item was under warranty. We will submit damage claim to the carrier. |
