The Daytona Helmets Skull Cap helmet is one of the smallest DOT approved helmets we know of. The DOT helmet standard, has many requirements in order to be a DOT helmet. One of those, is to have at least a 1 inch thick EPS liner and shell combined. Most half helmets in the market, are appx. 1 to 2.25" thick by the ear area. RETURNS
No Re-Stocking fees! We accept items in the same new condition, unused merchandise (not used on a ride). Must include the tags, manual, accessories and product box. Returns are accepted within 60 days from the delivery date.
To prevent shipping damage, scuffs and scratches; place the helmet in helmet bag, open side down in the product box. Place the product box in a shipping box. Do not tape or use the product box as a shipping box.
