This adaptor will mount any M42 lens to any Nikon F Mount Camera

Made from alluminium alloy the adaptor fits the camera body physically but not electrically, M42 lenses do not share any data with the camera.

Camera: Nikon F Mount Camera. 

Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, nor any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter.

In this case "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled

by the camera body.

You can shoot with manual mode or aperture priority mode.

This adaptor has a 0.8mm thick outer flange, this will increase the distance from the lens to the focal plane by 0.8mm, the result is that some lenses will not be able to focus to infinity.
