Warranty
  • We offer 5 years warranty service.
  • For minor maintenance (such as parts replacement), we will send you the parts.
  • For heavy repairing, please send the item to our Hong Kong office (contact us for the address), we will pass it to the manufacturer for repairing. Once the repairing is finished, we will post it back to you immediately.
Payment Terms
  • We only accept Paypal payment.
  • Please arrange payment within 3 days.
  • We will refund or exchange for defective or mis-sent items only. The item should be returned within 14 days upon arrival of shipping address. Complete and intact package must be included.
  • Both buyer and seller will bear 1 side shipment cost for any return / exchange / maintenance reasons.

About Customs Clearance and Delivery Address

  • Please note that the price DOES NOT INCLUDE customs duties / taxes / clearance fees, they are buyer's responsibility. And they are not accepted as the reasons for refund or return (even buyer reject to receive the parcel).
  • Anyway, we usually declare lower value (tiny parts USD 5 / small items USD 5-20 / tripods USD 30-40) to lower your chance / amount of customs duties.
  • Please provide your PHONE NUMBER for delivery purpose.
  • We will ship to the address that you provided during your PAYPAL checkout process.
  • In case your address information showing in Paypal and eBay are different, we will ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS.
  • In case you need to change your shipment address, please contact us through eBay message within 12 hours after payment. Otherwise, we will not refund or re-ship the item.
  • In case of delayed receiving by buyer, that causing returning of the parcel, we do not bear any responsibility - no refund and no re-ship.

Shipping Method - Registered Mail Service

  • Postal tracking number will be provided once it is able for online checking.
  • It usually takes 3-5 weeks to arrive.
  • But in peak seasons (from early October - mid February every year), delivery time will be 2 extra weeks longer than normal, due to overloading of postal offices, please understand we are also passive to the issue.
  • Express Shipping is also available, the additional cost depends on your location. Please send us your address for quoting the additional fees.
