This roll of haori kimono yukata cotton (called a ‘tan’) is the most luscious deep indigo color with white butterflies.  Large butterflies are spaced about 10" apart, and are about 7" tall.  This is beautiful indigo work and would be gorgeous for summer dresses, tunics, kids clothes, and so much more - including crafts and home dec.  Cotton is slightly stiff, probably just sizing that will wash out.  Excellent condition – from a new bolt (what’s called “deadstock” – a bolt that’s never been touched so is a ‘new’ bolt, even though it’s vintage).

14.25” wide, price is for the whole bolt - about 12 yards.

Colors may vary by monitor, we cannot guarantee color.  This fabric has been inspected and is deemed to be in excellent condition, however, please remember that it is vintage, and therefore there may be spots or discoloration or fading or the faint smell of the Japanese warehouse it came from.  We make every effort to find and identify those problems, but there may be something we missed.  We cannot accept returns, thank you for understanding.
