    • We use the relatively fast postal service to deliver this product, but please allow some flexibility in delivery time. Parcels to the UK, many European countries, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, etc are relatively fast. Please message us beforehand if you need it by a certain date, so that we would be able to recommend/choose the more suitable delivery service for you.
    • We often upgrade delivery to Express Shipping by DHL or EMS if the parcel is just under 1.5/2/2.5kg etc to many destinations if it does not significantly increase shipping cost.

    • The return address is in Perth, Western Australia.
    • If the item is faulty, we will cover reasonable return postage and issue full refund or re-send a suitable replacement as agreed.
    • The returned item should be unused and in the condition at the time of original delivery.
    • If return is due to Buyer’s change of mind, and if the item's price included P&H (i.e. a FREE POSTAGE item), any refund given should be after deduction of reasonable postage & handling (P&H) cost.
