• We accept UK Postal Orders, cheques however our preferred method is PayPal.
• Please make the payment as soon as you purchase your item to avoid any delays.
• Item will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.
• Overseas customers needs to pay by paypal only.

        Shipping Policy

• We take great care in packaging every item to ensure your item arrives safely.
• All items are stocked in our Willenhall, West Midlands Warehouse.
• All orders are sent by standard 2nd class post (can be upgraded to 1st class for little fee)or other 48 hour courier (for the courier service a surcharge will apply for items sent to the Scottish Highlands, offshore Islands and Northern Ireland, you will receive an email detailing the surcharge).
• Usually you will receive your item within 2-3 working days
• Shipping discount is available on multiple items. You will pay a maximum of £9.50 of  a parcel upto 25kg for UK mainland.Please ask for your invoice to be adjusted before checkout.
• Local pickup is available from our Willenhall Warehouse.

         Returns Policy

• All  items are brand New unless Listed.
• We describe all items to the best of our knowledge but we believe that things can go wrong some times. If that is the case, we offer full money back policy for a period of 14 days. Money will be refunded only once item arrived back to us. Please contact us before leaving any bad feedback as we believe any issue can be resolved amicably.
• An email must be sent before returning your item.
• A note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name.
• Any questions, complaints, We are always there to help. Your complete satisfaction is our guarantee.

       Terms Of Sale

Our terms are that no item will be dispatched until full payment is received.
All refunds will be paid via the Pay pal account, unless buyer's payment method was different.Refunds will be issued only once item is returned to us and arrives at our warehouse.
None of our terms will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
