Atlas ho scale GP-38. N.Y.S.W  Rd# 3614. Dcc & sound. This started life as a undercorated unit. This has been custom painted & decalded by me for the N.Y.S.W..  I am the original owner. It has soundtraxx Dsd-at100lc sound decoder installed. The sounds are great. It's a little dusty from sitting on the layout. I guess it is free weathering! Comes in original box with foam packing. Programmed for road # 3614. The only reason I am selling is i'm changing to all steam. Paint is in great condition.
