Product Description

Thermal Grizzly from Hamburg is a new German brand that has taken up the fight against high temperatures and poor heat transport. The goal is to supply the overclocker scene with high-performance thermal conductivity products, which are still a weak point - but the product portfolio can also be used for better and quieter cooling of gaming computers, workstations, mini-PCs and many other purposes. In addition to higher clock rates, better thermal conductivity products enable quieter cooling and a longer service life for the components to be cooled.

In order to achieve these goals, Thermal Grizzly worked closely with the well-known extreme overclocker Roman "der8auer" Hartung on product development and tested it, developed chemical compositions and analyzed competitors. The first products from the field of thermal pastes, namely Kryonaut, Hydronaut and Aeronaut, were enthusiastically received by the community and caused a sensation in the overclocking scene due to their superior performance.

Thermal Grizzly is now presenting the new Conductonaut. For the first time a high-performance paste based on liquid metal, consisting of a eutectic alloy, which is intended for use at room temperature. Due to a special mixing ratio of the metals tin, gallium and indium, an enormously high thermal conductivity is achieved, along with excellent long-term resistance. Thanks to the liquid components, even tiny pores and gaps can be leveled out and filled, which is only possible to a limited extent with conventional thermal paste due to the solid particles. The metallic surface of the cooler and heat sink is wetted.

Thermal conductivity is decisive for the performance of a Thermal Interface Material (TIM). The Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut liquid metal thermal paste is only made up of the aforementioned metallic substances. B. on a silicone basis or only to a small extent on solid oxides (such as silver) or other metallic additives existing pastes and has an almost unmatched thermal conductivity of about 73 W / mK. Overclockers and silent fans in particular will appreciate the resulting advantages.

Attention overclockers! With this paste, the temperature of the processor can be lowered by a few degrees without having to buy a new cooler. The application of the liquid metal is also surprisingly easy, especially since the manufacturer includes the necessary accessories in the scope of delivery. If you are still unaccustomed to using it the first time, it can be done quickly after the second use at the latest. Nevertheless, the precautionary measures mentioned below must be observed!

In addition, the Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut high-performance paste is extremely economical. The filling quantity of one gram of liquid metal is sufficient for more than 10 applications. And if a little too much liquid metal gets onto the processor, it can simply be sucked back into the syringe. Correct dosage is therefore very easy to achieve. On average, half a grain of rice is sufficient for a processor. Various web and print magazines have already underpinned the clear supremacy of this unique thermal paste in extensive tests and reviews. f you want to overclock or want a system that is as quiet as possible with optimal cooling performance, you should grab it here!

Important application information:

The Conductonaut liquid metal thermal paste must (1) not be used with contact surfaces made of aluminum and (2) under no circumstances should it come into contact with electrically conductive components! CPU coolers with aluminum cold plates cannot be used; instead, the materials copper, nickel or silver are recommended. Especially with Intel Haswell, Devil's Canyon and Broadwell processors, care must be taken that the liquid metal paste does not come into contact with the numerous technical components under or next to the heat spreader. There are also some contact points with Skylake CPUs that should be covered with adhesive tape to be on the safe side and, of course, you should be careful with AMD CPUs.

Storage conditions:
Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut should be stored in dry conditions at room temperature and packaged.
