Ordering

• Please ensure you are ordering the correct part for your car by reading and checking the description, part number and picture carefully before making a purchase.

• If still unsure before ordering please check with the vehicle manufacturer to ensure that this part will fit your vehicle.

• Refunds will not be given on parts ordered incorrectly

• Any references that we supply are a guide only

• Items must be paid for with 2 days of winning the item.

Returns Policy

 

• Refunds will not be given for incorrect part ordered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct part is being ordered.

• Buyers are responsible for the postage costs related to any returns, any postage paid to ship the item to you will not be refunded, the cost of the part only will be refunded.

• Please be aware that refunds for returned products will only be made after receipt of undamaged goods.

• Refunds cannot be made for products damaged during installation.

Postage

• If postage applies to any of our listings this will include the packaging and costs incurred by ourselves for delivery to post offices or courier pick up locations.

• We will ship all our packages within 2-3 days.

• If you require the packages quickly then please obtain extra postage costs prior to placing the order.

• Postage for the delivery of the item, unless otherwise stated, will be met by ourselves, postage costs for the return of any item will be met by the buyer and will not be refunded.

• Please Note: Free shipping is for UK mainland addresses only. There will be a surcharge for off-shore addresses. Please see the rate table below for more information.

International shipments will be made but the buyer will be responsible for all customs excise tax and import charges that will apply prices for postage must be obtained before ordering. 

We are more than happy for you to arrange your own courier but monies must be cleared funds for all the goods in full before goods will be allowed to be dispatched.
