Payment

·        For your own peace of mind, and Buyer Protection, we can only accept payment via PayPal.

·        If you commit to buy a product and do not pay for it, we will delete the order after a period of 4 weeks.

·        The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.

·        For combined postage costs please commit to buy but do not pay, then request an invoice from the seller, we can then amend the P&P cost for you. We are not able to amend the P&P costs retrospectively.

Delivery

·        All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of shipping.

·        All items are dispatched by the end of the next working day from receipt of cleared payment.

·        Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

·        Failed delivery attempts will be carded; you must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or collection.

·        Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any initial delivery charges.

·        We deliver to: mainland UK, Highlands & Islands on Royal Mail items.

·        We do not offer a collection service.

·        We can only deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of order.

·        Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location

·        We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid.

·        Please ensure you have an up to date daytime telephone number on your account should we need to contact you.

·        Most of our items are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class; allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

·        Larger and or heavier items are sent via a 48 hour courier service .

·        Airmail can take up to 6 days

Returns

·        You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 7 days of the date of delivery to your address.

·        For an efficient and swift service contact us directly first or use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay (not PayPal) to request a refund.

·        Returned items must be in their original and unused condition complete with all parts, accessories and original packaging so that they may be sold again.

·        A full refund of the order will be processed less any delivery charges.

·        All return delivery costs are at the buyer's expense, unless the product is faulty and you have contacted us prior to the return to advise the item is faulty.
