Much effort goes towards accurately and honestly describing the items we list. If you believe the item is not received as described we will offer a full, buyer pays return postage, refund.

We accept that the grading of collectable items such as coins and banknotes is a subjective task, and we respect that your opinion of grade may differ to ours on occasion.

Your feedback is important to us, please give me an opportunity to rectify any concerns or issues you may have Prior to leaving Neutral or Negative Feedback.

Although the photographs form part of the description, and we do endeavour to photograph as accurately as possible, please be aware that certain items do not photograph well and occasionally we have to "lighten" the photograph to show particular details of the item.

We will generally advise in the description if the item differs to any major degree from the photographic representation.

Most items / orders over $25 will be sent by Registered Post, unless otherwise specified on individual listings.

If purchasing multiple items please wait for a modified combined invoice before payment to reduce multiple postage costs.

We accept payments by Direct Deposit, PayPal, Cheque and Postal Money Order.
Please ensure payments direct to our bank account are identified by your eBay ID.

At this point in time we will only post to Australian destinations, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada & The United States of America.

International Purchasers please note that Customs Duties, Fees & Charges (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer as these issues are beyond our control.

Please do not ask us to declare a value on Customs Forms that is less than the amount paid for the item.

All items are sent in an Australia Post padded envelope or bag (or similar) except in cases when the shape of the item will not permit.
