This is a 1"(1:12) scale early mobile phone from Joshua's.  Measures approx. 1"T (1-5/8" wi antenna) x 3/8"W x 5/16"D. plastic wi paper decal keypad.  I remember when they were this big & usually called car phones because they were too big to carry around in pocket or purse.
