Powerful, adjustable suction yet so comfortable you won't realize how powerful it is. If the pump is making a loud noise please make sure that it is on a flat and level surface as this may cause unwanted noise due to the angle of the pump piston. The next step is to ensure that the tubing is fully on the pump and that there is no kinks or sharp turns in the tubing as this may cut off suction. After those two things the loud noise is usually fixed, however, sometimes the back flow protectors or duck bill valves can cause this issue. So please ensure that they are properly fit
