The dust bag in your vacuum cleaner captures all the dust, debris and airborne particles that your vacuum cleaner picks up, while the filter connected to it helps ensure these particles do not damage your appliance and are not released back into the air.
Dust bags need to be replaced when full while filters need to be changed regularly, or when visibly soiled.
Dust bags need specific parts in order to work properly within your vacuum cleaner. The main parts are:
Dust Bag Filter: Helps capture and filter out dust, debris and airborne particles, protecting the internal components of your vacuum cleaner.
Dust Bag Cover: Keeps your dust bag protected, and ensures an airtight seal to allow suction and prevent dust and debris from escaping your vacuum cleaner.
Dust Bag Holder: Also known as a dust bag retainer, and holds the dust bag securely in place within your vacuum cleaner.
