Payment Policy

We will never accept paypal if you're collecting an item in person or arranging your own courier

All payments must be received within 48 hours of auction end. I do not accept International Money Orders or Cheques. Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Bank transfer is acceptable in UK £.

Credit and debit card payments can be taken over the phone

No items will be posted until cleared payment is received in full.

Part exchange may also be possible subject to circumstances

Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

Worldwide Shipping- we are happy to ship most smaller items worldwide, however additional costs will be incurred, please contact me at sale prior to purchase to obtain postage quote. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes.

Combined P & P is available on most of our products. If eBay does not automatically change your delivery price for you, please request an invoice total from us and we will amend it for you and re-send the invoice for payment.

Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent I will update eBay.

UK Customers usually receive their item(s) within 2-5 working days, but remember I only do the posting, a third party does the delivery.

UK customer should contact me If your item is not received within 7 working days.

Collections in person is not an option unless stated in the auction.

The delivery company will try to deliver 2 to 3 times then return the parcel to me. There is a return charge to pay and another postage charge to re-deliver, you are responsible for these extra charges.

Our Delivery Partners

Deliveries are made by professional door to door couriers including Royal Mail, APC Overnight and UPS depending on the size of the item. Items are dispatched within one working day of completed checkout (unless otherwise stated in the product description) depending on the date of payment received and are delivered usually within 3 working days of dispatch and often sooner in the UK.

We can provide a tracking service contact number should this be required once the Item has been dispatched for 48 hours. Please note that we do not deliver outside working hours, at weekends or Bank Holidays. Deliveries are Monday to Friday. All orders taken outside of working hours (and weekends) will be dispatched the following working day unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Returns Policy

I am completely approachable, and try to solve any problems with absolutely no fuss or drama, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you have a problem. I am here to help throughout the buying process until you are totally happy with your purchase. Please contact me before you try to fix or repair anything. I will not discount anything under any circumstances but you may return it for a refund or exchange. All items are security marked and labeled, any damage or tampering to any of the marking will mean they can't be refunded.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, I accept all returns as long as we have been informed by e-mail via ebay of your desire to return an item within 14 days of receipt of your item. Please use the return an item email through ebay, so that is recorded accordingly.

I do require you to return the item via a reputable courier on a signed for service. The cost of the return is covered by the buyer. On receipt of the item, if it is in good condition and unused, we will give a full refund of the item (but not any postage) paid direct into your paypal account.
