Feedback!!!
We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. If there is any
reason you are not happy with our service or item before you leave a negative
or neutral feedback or less than 5 stars on eBay please message us and let us
know because we want every customer happy and would love a chance to correct
any problems you had. We have auto-feedback set-up and is left once your
feedback is left.
Return Policy!!!
We guarantee all of our eBay items against DOA or defects for 30
days after delivered unless shipping was the cause or if item was stated
"AS IS"
It is "IMPORTANT" that the customer messages us to let
us know there is a problem before they start a return request on eBay. This
will save the customer and ourselves a lot of time. With help from the customer
we can determine rather the item is defective or if purchased by mistake or
other reason.
In your original message please give us the Make (Sony, LG, Samsung
etc.) and model number of the product you are trying to operate with the remote
and any other details of what problems you are having.
We will give the customer an RMA number to post on the return
request to speed up the return process after the problem is determined. If you
purchase from us, you have agreed with this policy and have opted into it.

Sales Cancellations!!!
Instant Cancellations: Buyer purchases and pays for item and then
decides to cancel the sale before it ships. Cancellations happen for many different
reasons like buyer remorse, changed mind, found old remote, purchased wrong
item or by mistake and others.
Once a payment is sent by the customer our payment processor
PayPal charges 3% plus .60 cents for USA payments or 4.5% plus .60 cents for
international payments. Once the payment is done these charges are
non-refundable from PayPal to the seller.
So, if the cancellation is the buyer’s decision then they will be responsible
for PayPal seller fees. Once we receive the cancellation notice we will email a
PayPal payment request to the buyer to cover the sales cancellation/restock
charges. Once paid the sale will be canceled. If the PayPal request is unpaid,
we will ship out the item on time and the buyer will be responsible for
boomerang shipping if returned.
For any seller reason cancellations like when we test a remote
before it ships and it’s defective or inventory errors, we will pay any and all
payment processing fees. When you purchased from us you have agreed and opted
in to this policy.
Payment due by the 4th day after the auction!!!
We prefer all buyers to instantly pay as they purchase, but eBay
allows 4 days. If you can't pay in the allowed 4-day timeline, PLEASE contact
us so we can work something out. We do
report all unpaid items to ebay.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS!!!
International buyers be aware it may take anywhere from 14 to 45
days before you receive your item. In some rare circumstances even longer, this
is due to customs hold ups. We cannot be responsible for custom holds, duties
or taxes imposed by your country. All international shipments are covered by
the carrier’s insurance and a claim can be entered after 45 days or if your
item is received damaged. ONLY insurance will cover the lost or damaged of your
item. When you purchase from us you have opted into this policy!
Tracking showed on your shipment is not always correct, some
country's provide tracking others don't. Please let us know if your package is
running later than 45 days.
