SHIPPING ExpressTimeSystems ships to
customers in the United States of America, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin
Islands. "Free Ground Shipping" (Via OUR CHOICE of USPS, UPS, or
FedEx) is offered on all Time Cards, Time Clock Ribbons, SINGLE Pocket Steel
Wall Files, STEEL Glove Box Holders, Bariatric Oak & Fabric Chairs, Oak
Medical Chart Holders and Oak File Folder (item with prefixes
of ET-CH ET-DWB) to the contiguous 48 states of the USA and District
of Columbia. For Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US
Virgin Islands free shipping via USPS is available only on Time Clock Ribbons
order weighing less than 5 lbs. Many of the aforementioned items (but not all)
offer Expedited Shipping for an additional charge. All other items are shipped
at Additional Charge per item (charges shown with each item) via
OUR CHOICE of USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some of these items may offer
Expedited Shipping at an additional charge. Express Time Systems shall
not be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from the means of shipment
or routing used or delays in shipment beyond our control, or for any losses or
damages arising while in transit (please see Damaged Goods at Bottom of the
Page). Purchaser agrees to make any claim therefore directly against the
carrier and not against Express Time Systems. For

SHIPPING POINTS All time clocks ribbons and
many of our most popular time cards are shipped from our Melbourne, FLORIDA
location. All other time cards are shipped from TENNESSEE. All Steel Racks
including Time Card Racks, ID Badge Racks, Literature, Work Order Racks, Steel
Glove Box Holders, & Single Pocket Wall Files, are shipped from
PENNSYLVANIA. Bariatric Oak & Fabric Chars, and All Other Oak Products are
shipped from SOUTH DAKOTA. Therefore, if you order more than one
item from us, they may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days
and from different carriers. Please pay attention to the tracking information
that is provided for all shipments.
AVAILABILITY For Time Clock Ribbons, and
many popular Time Cards ships the Same Business Day (Monday-Friday, excluding
National Holidays) if order is placed prior to 1:00 pm Eastern Time. Other items are marked from 2
to 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding National Holidays) if order is
placed prior to 1:00 pm Eastern Time.
RETRUNING GOODS (some
items are non-refundable, read below) This applies to reasons such
as won't fit, ordered wrong size, wrong color, not what you wanted, ordered by
mistake, someone else in my company ordered elsewhere or from us, found another
I like better, isn't what we need, etc. For Warranty Returns or DAMAGED
GOODS please see bottom of page. Within 14 (fourteen) days of
shipping date, most unused/undamaged products (please see exceptions below) may
be returned in their original shipping cartons within 14 (fourteen) days of
receipt of an RMA number and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Within 14
(fourteen) days of shipping date, used but undamaged products may be returned
in their original shipping cartons within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of an
RMA number and are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Returns are limited to
no more than 6 (or 11 in the case of ink ribbons) of the same base item
code not counting different item colors. If you are unsure of size, color,
fit, etc. order 1 to for testing or fully research prior to ordering. SPECIAL
ITEMS such as unfinished oak products, custom racks, custom printing, used time
cards, labor performed, and Freight Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. "FREE
SHIPPING' If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct Our
Actual Outbound Costs from your refund. As there really is no such thing as
free shipping. Discounts offered through package pricing, or other discounts
offered, shall be considered when credit is computed for returned items
purchased as part of said package or discount. AFTER 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS FROM
SHIPPING DATE, NO RMA's WILL BE ISSUED.
OBTAINING AN RMA Returned goods will not be
accepted without an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from Express
Time Systems. Email (preferred method) or call for an authorization number
1-800-858-7462. Items must be shipped insured/freight prepaid to the address as
specified in the RMA. NOT TO OUR OFFICE unless so indicated in the RMA. Once
you receive and RMA you MUST Return the Goods to address provided in the
RMA WITHIN 14 DAYS of the date of the RMA. Failure to do so will indicate to
us your decision to cancel the return request.
Express Time Systems warrants
new equipment, attachments, accessories, parts, or supplies for a period of 90
(ninety) days from shipping date to customer against defects in materials or
workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the covered
item at the sole discretion of Express Time Systems. Parts or items replaced
will become the sole property of Express Time Systems. No other warranties are
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchant-ability
or fitness for a particular purpose. Express Time Systems shall not be held
responsible for any consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the
product. Covered item must be returned to Express Time Systems or the
manufacturer insured and freight prepaid for repair or replacement. Warranty
applies only to those items purchased by customer from Express Time Systems. An
RMA number MUST be obtained prior to returning any item. Goods sold
internationally are sold "as is" no warranty, no return.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Express Time Systems shall not
be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of,
or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the
products, even if Express Time Systems has been advised of the possibility of
such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of
liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
DAMAGED GOODS For goods damage in-transit,
takes pictures of the package exterior showing any damage, and pictures of any
item damage. Forward the pictures in your emailed requesting and RMA for
return. We will then determine where and if a return of the item will be
requested. Refund or Replacement item will be sent upon determination that the
item was under warranty. We will submit damage claim to the carrier. |
