Condition:  A bit scuffed and smudged, some age spots. Mended at fold where it had separated. Will frame up nicely. See scans. Map is larger than my oversized scanner so see all scans.

I mail maps flat, with a backer board of 200 lb test corrugated, in a clear plastic acid-free sleeve, and in a 200 lb test corrugated folder! So I am confident that it will get to you in good condition.

This map has lots of information of interest to local historians, realtors, genealogists, home owners and business owners, and would make a great gift.
