For the DPD courier service, a signature will be required on delivery, please CONTACT US DIRECTLY to provide delivery instructions or an alternate address if you will not be in on the day of delivery. The service provided will be for TWO delivery attempts, after which the parcel will be held at the depot and then returned back to us. Another attempt at delivery will incur an extra postage charge.

Postage will cost more to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man.

For other parts of the world, postage does depend on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, the postage set is a guideline only. You may be contacted if we require further postage.

Before leaving feedback please email us if you have any problems and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you. We will do our absolute best to have your item delivered in the allotted time.
